My poor little knees are achy, my hands are dry and scuffed, but at long, long last, I have the bones of a new crafty palace. I still have some painting and lots, and lots of supplies to relocate, but I realized at the end of the day that I’ve got everything that I really need already in place. Here’s a sneaky peek:

A lovely new view.

An heirloom converted to a sexy fabric cabinet.

A glue urn. Definitely a necessity.

Temporary housing for ribbon and scraps.
And of course, window yummies.

I’ll have lots more to share over the coming weeks. Transformation is so time consuming. Ooohh, but I just realized that in about three hours I’m going to be snuggling my Lil Redheaded Boy (eric) and listening to the honey-sugar sounds of MIRAH at the Echo! Yay! I feel re-energized!

oooooh so cute! Congratulations on the newly decorated space, it’s so darling. I was just down in my craft room cutting some flyers for Stephen and I couldn’t decide if I’d rather paint or sew! Having a dedicated craft space makes a world of difference.
