I’ve been trying really hard to restrain myself from posting pictures of the new house, especially since we’re still living in the old one for the next two weeks.  But I just can’t help myself ’cause it’s SO DARN exciting!!  So here’s a look at the future Polly Danger headquarters.

Check out that incredible wallpaper, huh?  What I’m most excited about is getting to stare out at my future fantasy garden as I iron!  As you can see in the photo, I’m practicing.  Believe it or not, when we first looked at the house I had no idea that there was wallpaper there because the room was closed up like a cave!  The blinds were drawn, curtains closed up tight.  It was incredibly dungeon-like for a sun room!

As Eric put it, the house is slowly absorbing our cuteness!  It’ll take a boatload of elbow grease to get some cute absorbed into the electric blue melamine counter top in the bathroom.  I’ll spare you the “before” photos until I’ve got a few “afters” to show you.
