Note: We currently only sell & ship physical items to addresses in the United States.

Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Return Policy
We are a small business, and as such, all sales are final. We do accept returns for refund or exchange for items that may be defective or damaged in transit. Items showing significant use will not be accepted.
Exchanges for damaged or defective product
To be eligible for an exchange, first notify us within 7 days of receiving damaged or defective product by emailing returns@pollydanger.com. Then, return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, a replacement item will be sent.
Refunds for damaged or defective product
For refund requests, ship your item back to us. Once your damaged or defective item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund request. If approved, we will issue a refund for the full amount you paid for the returned item, minus shipping, credited back to your method of payment within approximately 7 business days.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us prior to shipping. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the damaged or defective item.
Original shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the amount for the defective or damaged item will not include the amount you initially paid for shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Polly Danger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to have been delivered to the shipping address submitted with your order. If you have questions about the delivery of an item, contact orders@pollydanger.com. We will confirm delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate with the carrier or shipping provider.
